Chi Epsilon is the only Civil Engineering specific honor society in the U.S. The University of Arkansas chapter was created in January, 1962. Membership is open to students who meet the requirements set forth by the Constitution of Chi Epsilon. Our Mission Our mission is to encourage members to be active, both within their profession, and in their communities, to encourage cooperation between members and other professional organizations, and to promote ethical and practical decisions among engineers.
